KILGORE, TEXAS — We are thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of our new state-of-the-art factory for advancing the production of MaxDR™, the world’s first large diameter Fusible Composite Poly Pipe (FCP). We hosted a groundbreaking ceremony at the new plant location in Kilgore, Texas on Thursday, June 15, 2023. The event was attended by prominent community leaders, CPT shareholders, and CPT’s executive leadership team.

- Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities: The facility will house automated production lines and cutting-edge equipment, allowing for efficient and precise manufacturing processes. This will allow for production of more than 300 miles per year and enable us to meet customer requirements for 350, 550 and 750 psi rated pipe.
- Sustainable Practices: We are committed to environmental stewardship, and the new factory will embody our sustainability values. Through the adoption of eco-friendly manufacturing practices, energy-efficient systems and waste reduction measures, we aim to minimize our carbon footprint and contribute to a greener future.
- Job Creation and Economic Growth: The construction and operation of the factory will generate numerous employment opportunities, fostering economic growth in the region. We are proud to contribute to the local community by providing skilled jobs and supporting the City of Kilgore and Gregg County economic development initiatives.
The new MaxDR plant is scheduled to begin commercial operation during the first half of 2024.
